Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change. If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.

If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every item, but if your product arrives broken or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Send a clear photo of a damage to info@upinia.com
  • If eligible, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost

Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged product. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, regular wear and tear, or incorrect use.


Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to ship quickly and reliably, shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.

If you’re having trouble locating your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. Upinia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If there’s a mistake and you don’t let us know within 24 hours, we may not be able to refund or resend your order.
