🚚 Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way.
During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
📦 Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is in transit. The estimated shipping time is 5-9 business days.
Please note: Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or local holidays may extend delivery times and are out of our control.
📫 Address Accuracy and Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays or cancellations.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us at info@upinia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it in time, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the processing window begins.
For flagged or unclear addresses, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, the order may be canceled.
⏳ Delayed Deliveries
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, courier service disruptions, customs clearance, or other external factors.
We’ll stay in touch if there’s a delay on our end, and we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier for updates once your order has left our facility.
Please understand that Upinia cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us at info@upinia.com. We’ll do our best to help.
We also recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as they may require details only the recipient can provide. While Upinia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and courier outcome.
In unresolved cases, we may suggest filing a police report to assist with claims.
